Incredibles 2 in 2018

It looks like we're going to see first the superhero Mr. Incredible and his family before we see the new adventures of Woody and the gang. Last Wednesday, Pixar announced that sequel for The Incredibles will hit the theaters on June 15, 2018, a year earlier before its original planned date while Toy Story 4 will move from 2018 to June 21, 2019.

According to a Disney insider, the two films are swapping dates due to an accelerated production schedule for Incredibles 2. Brad Bird is still the man in charge for Incredibles 2, his 2004 movie grossed $633 million globally, including $70.4 million domestically, the second-biggest opening at the time for an animated film and won an Oscar for Best Animated Feature. As for Toy Story 4, Tom Hanks and Tim Allen will return. Unfortunately we still don't know if Andy is still part of the movie.

Apparently, Pixar has been putting a lot more time to produce sequels to their successful movies like Finding Nemo, Cars and Monster Inc. Despite the time it took to produce a sequel rest assured that these movies are worth the wait, after all Pixar movies are all part of our childhood
